Dr Okunsebor, born in Uromi, Edo State, on 25th February 1959, joined University of Benin in 1998. He was formerly a lecturer at the College of Education, Ekiadolor, near Benin City.
A trained and certified Bible translator, Dr Okunsebor is a member of the International Bible Society and Coordinator Esan Bible translation project. He is also the annual Guest lecturer, Macmillan Workshop on English language for primary and secondary teachers. He is a member of some professional bodies.
