In view of the forthcoming general elections scheduled to commence on Saturday, 2^nd April 1, 2011,the management of the university of Benin has stressed the need for all students, especially  those living in the halls of residence , to exhibit a high sense of maturity in their conduct.

Outside going to cast their votes at the designated polling stations, they should not allow the quest for material gain to lure them into being used by politicians to facilitate the conduct of the general elections.

Let it be known that anyone that refuses to heed this advice does so at  his own peril and will not be shielded by authorizes of the University of Benin.
