The research analyzed the impact of motivation on productivity of business subjects’ teachers in secondary schools in Oredo Local Government Areas of Edo State. Nigeria. The survey design research was employed for the study. Questionnaire was used to collect data for the study. The researcher made use of sixty-four junior secondary school teachers from the eight randomly selected schools. Four research questions were raised and four hypotheses were formulated and tested at 0.05 level of significance. The reliability of the instrument was 0.85. Chi-square was used to analyze the data. The findings revealed a significant impact of motivation on productivity. It was recommended that training programmes should be organized, improved working condition for teachers, and paying of enhanced salaries, among others.
